Our Story

Since 1974, Skateworld of Kettering has been a local tradition — providing a safe, clean, and family-friendly place for all ages to play, skate, and make memories.

In 1987, we expanded by opening The Trails Miniature Golf Course (formerly Indian Trails), offering 36 holes of beautiful outdoor fun right next door.

In 2007, under new ownership, we doubled down on creating one of the best family entertainment centers in the region — blending classic fun with fresh experiences for every generation.

We’re a True Community Partner

Every year, Skateworld and The Trails host events in partnership with local businesses, schools, and nonprofits — all to strengthen our community and bring families together.

From group skate nights to seasonal family events and fundraisers, we’re proud to be a trusted place for connection, celebration, and fitness.

Where Hundreds Start Their First Job

We’ve helped hundreds of teens from Kettering, Centerville, Beavercreek, and surrounding areas take their first steps into the working world.

Our team members learn real-world skills — from customer service and communication to teamwork and responsibility.

For many, this is where they build confidence and get their first paycheck — and we take that responsibility seriously.
