 Skateworld of Kettering Free Wi-Fi Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Skateworld of Kettering (“Skateworld,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our free public Wi-Fi network (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

 1. Description of the Service

The Service provides complimentary wireless internet access to patrons of Skateworld of Kettering, located at 1601 E David Rd Kettering, Oh 45429. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only and is available during normal business hours while on the premises.

 2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

– Be at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher).

– Provide a valid email address upon connection (see Section 4 for details).

– Be physically located on Skateworld premises.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

– Any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or our network.

– Commercial activities, including running servers, advertising, or solicitation without our prior written consent.

– Violating the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.

We monitor network activity for compliance and may report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your connection.

To access the Service, you must provide a valid email address via our secure login portal. By providing your email, you expressly consent to:

– Skateworld using your email address to send you promotional emails, newsletters, event invitations, and marketing communications related to our services, products, and special offers.

– Skateworld sharing your email address with our trusted partners (e.g., skate equipment suppliers, event sponsors, or local businesses) solely for the purpose of sending relevant advertising or promotions on behalf of Skateworld. Partners are contractually obligated not to share your email further or use it for unrelated purposes.

 11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Ohio.
